Learn Martial Arts in a Friendly and Relaxed Atmosphere

Yoseikan Budo is open to beginners and advanced students. Everyone can train at their own level, which allows progress at a faster rate.
Our training sessions are delivered in a professional, yet friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Effective and Safe Martial Arts Training

Safety is always paramount. Training sessions are organised to reduce as much as possible the risk of sports injuries and long-term repetitive strain injuries.
We use various protections and apply correct techniques with biomechanics.
BIOMECHANICS
incorporates detailed analysis of sport movements to minimise the risk of injury.
Self-Defence

Yoseikan Budo has a wide range of techniques involving striking, ground fighting and weapons.
All applicable to real life situations.
Competition and Seminars

Those interested in sports competition can take part in the Yoseikan World Federation event
(held annually, usually in Europe).
The club also attends a week-long international seminar every summer in the South of France. The event is an opportunity to train under Grand Master Hiroo Mochizuki.
